1) ชื่อบทความชิ้นนี้ตั้งไว้เป็นภาษาอังกฤษ  เพื่อหลอกฝรั่งที่เข้าอินเตอร์เนต ให้นึกอยากอ่าน เพราะความอยากรู้อยากเห็น  โดยเฉพาะฝรั่งที่อยู่ในกรุงเทพฯ หรือเคยอยู่ หรือคิดอยากมาเยือน  ทั้งนี้เพื่อเพิ่มสถิติแวะชม

แต่ผู้อ่านหลักที่ผู้เขียนประสงค์ คงไม่พ้นชาวกรุงทั้งหลาย   ซึ่งหมายถึงใครก็ได้ ที่ใช้ชีวิตประจำวันอยู่ในกรุงเทพฯวันนี้ และอยู่มาแล้วต่อเนื่องยาวนานพอสมควรเช่น เกินกว่าเจ็ดเดือน เป็นต้น จนพอจะรู้สึกตัวได้แล้วว่า ตนเป็นคนกรุงเทพฯคนหนึ่ง  คนกรุงเทพฯหลายคนอยากรู้ว่า คนอื่นมองเขาอย่างไร เขาขอร้องว่า – Please tell me about me.

วิจารณ์พจมาน ตอน 2/2 "วินโดว์ ของพจมาน"

"วินโดส์” ของพจมานฯ (ขอโทษ บิล เกตส์ ชิดซ้าย)

"พจมาน สว่างวงศ์" นวนิยายอสังหาฯอมตะ ต่อเนื่องมาจาก "บ้านทรายทอง" ของ ก.สุรางคนางค์ ซึ่งตีพิมพ์ปีพ.ศ. 2493 ใช้อสังหาฯ ชิ้นไพรม์เป็นฉาก ทั้ง พจมาน สว่างวงศ์ และ บ้านทรายทอง มีประเด็นในเรื่อง คล้ายกับนวนิยายอสังหาฯ ของนักเขียนอังกฤษ เจน ออสเตน เรื่อง Pride and Prejudice อยู่หลายประเด็น เช่น ทั้งนวนิยายไทยและอังกฤษต่างก็ได้ใช้ “หน้าต่าง” อสังหาฯ เป็นองค์ประกอบเล็ก ๆ ที่มีบทบาทน่าสนใจ อยู่ในท้องเรื่อง พิจารณาตามความจริง ก็ไม่ใช่เรื่องแปลก เพราะว่า นวนิยายทั้งสองนั้น ต่างก็มีอสังหาฯชิ้นงาม หรือชิ้นไพรม์(มิใช่ซับไพรม์) เป็นเวทีให้ตัวละครได้เล่นบทบาทชีวิต เพราะฉะนั้น โดยสามัญสำนึกแล้ว จะไม่ให้ ประตูหน้าต่างอสังหาฯ เข้ามามีบทบาทในท้องเรื่องบ้าง ได้อย่างไรกัน จริงเปล่าแพ่

ผู้วิจารณ์ คิดจะเขียนเกี่ยวกับนวนิยายเรื่อง บ้านทรายทอง  มาพักหนึ่งแล้ว แต่รุ่นพี่ผู้เป็นที่เคารพนับถือ ขอร้องไว้ เธอบอกว่า “นี่เธอ ชั้นขอร้องเถอะ เธออย่าเพิ่งเขียนเรื่องนี้ได้มั๊ย”  ซึ่งผู้วิจารณ์ก็โอนอ่อนผ่อนตาม บัดนี้ ได้เวลาที่จะเขียนถึงนวนิยายเรื่องนั้น ตามความตั้งใจที่มีมานาน คิดได้ก็เขียนเลย ไม่บอกให้เธอทราบ เกรงว่า จะมาขอร้องไม่ให้เขียนอีก
